数量为深圳仓库257吨.  香港仓库304吨.

CIF中国深圳/香港港口美金价5700/吨.

付款方式:WIFT MT-760 (bank guarantee) with 100% T/T Payment upon inspection.

Procedure:

Buyer agrees to all terms in soft offer.

Both parties sign contract with banking detail.

Buyer's bank issues conditional T/T via SWIFT MT-760 to Seller.

Seller pays for storage fee at HK/Chiwan, amends B/L, and arranges cargo inspection for Buyer.

Seller forwards the following Original documents to Buyer's bank:

B/L,

Commercial Invoice

Packing List (Container Tallying Report),

Certificate of Origin,

Certificate of Analysis (Laboratory Analysis report),

Buyer T/T full payment and picks up documents. Cargo is released to Buyer.

If copper quality is different from contract, Buyer is to file claim within 5 working days.
